The Project Manager

The Project Manager is the person who has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of the project. Their primary focus is to complete the project with a high-quality product, on-time, and within budget. They also focus on scope, procurement, human resources, communications, risk, and stakeholder management. In addition, they can specialize in specific types of management styles, such as waterfall or agile. We specialize in any agile methodology, and our business is even operated according to SAFe, making us experts in lean processes.
