Created and managed (via ScrumBan) day-to-day business operations. Primary responsibilities included:

• Created and managed the overall strategic business plan from creation of company to Alpha Launch.
• Built patent search and disclosure document, resulting in patent with 27 claims. Also composed trademark plan.
• Led data gathering project and hired team to design and populate database. In 10 weeks, hired team and gathered 2000+ companies and all their publicly available data.

As 2nd employee, performed many roles while helping to build company from only 3 partners and 2 employees to ~35 associates and:

• Company increased yearly revenue from $800K in Y1 to $10M in Y5 - $2M of revenue from my highlighted project alone. Helped to create what is now https://cloudentity.com/ ($15M in funding).
• Managed over 20 cybersecurity projects for diverse clients in multiple sectors. Success rate of over 95% when only ~30% of projects are historically successful.
• Created the organizational processes and assets for Managed Services (MS) and the Project Management Office (PMO). Consequently, Managed Services had 2 clients within the 1st year and multiple Project Managers were hired.
• Provided Agile coaching for Product Owners and Developers, as most clients were only comfortable with waterfall in the early 2010s. After coaching, every client accepted our Agile process and best practices.
• Highlighted Project – Program Manager of Reliance Industries Limited 4G launch for India. Program Manager of cybersecurity, managing Project Managers and 30+ developers/testers. The budget of the program was $30M+. Syntegrity originally sold project with budget of just 2 consultants, but as the lead consultant I was able to sell the project over the course of 2 years.

SIGINT Cryptologic Linguist, Analyst, and Reporter. Responsibilities included:

• Developed and managed multiple NSA enemy cases utilizing various programs:
• Anchory, Skywriter, Maui, Pathfinder, Dishfire, Pinwale, Mainway, Banyan, Marina, and Homebase
• This provided critical information vital to law enforcement operations that led to the arrest of two high-value targets
• Trained multiple personnel on reporting procedures and software utilized to execute missions
